Cancellation Policy
FLAT FEE PACKAGES: While we do not charge a cancellation fee, there is NO REFUND once the contract is signed.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may cancel your agreement with us at any time. We are so confident in our ability to manage your home, that we give you the easy out option to cancel if you are not satisfied with our services with no penalty.
